Perhaps the most important area in TCCUS-sme business intelligence is Member Target-Marketing, which uses familiar reporting tools such as Crystal. You select the criteria that identifies your target members; Member Target-Marketing then presents special products or services for these members through your home banking solution or by prompting member services representatives right at their screens.

Our loan origination system is fully integrated with our core so there is no re-keying of data once it's entered. Electronic Services

Open Solutions' TCCUS-sme provides an "issuer" solution (shared branching) that lets you offer members the ability to perform transactions at Credit Union Service Centers. We deliver a technology that allows you to become an "Outlet Branching Acquirer." TCCUS-sme credit unions have even implemented a local inter-shared branch network to reduce national network fees and automate balancing between each participating credit union system.

Based on your credit union's policy, you can use TCCUS-sme's Overdraft Protection (ODP) solution to extend overdraft services to your members.

Open Solutions TCCUS-sme provides ATM/credit and debit card services in real-time and batch processing, reflecting the latest information. With real-time processing, your members' balances always reflect the latest credit union and member activity.

Voice Telephony Systems
