Account Analysis

Features
You can apply an earnings credit toward compensating balances maintained at the credit union. The earnings credit can be used to offset all or portions of service charges and fees assessed, and defer or rollover charges. Holding company-level pricing also is available to accommodate pricing based on total volume of transactions in the relationship. Miscellaneous service charges, such as rolled coin and cash orders may be entered in the analysis. Analysis statements can be produced individually or combined with monthly statements.

Benefits
Account analysis is a flexible tool to help you determine the profitability of individual member accounts. Account analysis provides the ability to calculate an earnings credit based on automatically monitored compensating balances. It automates the process of tracking and offsetting transaction and cycle expenses for all business activity. All or some of your credit union's services can be assigned a cost.

Features

Features
Tracks credit commitments, including loans and lines of credit. Reports activity, availability and assessment of applicable fees and charges. Includes tracking and reporting of both direct and indirect relationships.

Dealer Loan and Reserve Processing, Reporting

Features
Supports origination of dealer loans, automatic calculation and tracking of dealer reserve and referral fee payments, and the offset to appropriate general ledger and reserve accounts. Reports monitor dealer reserve activity including new loans, loan transactions, delinquent loans and transactions, and loan payoffs.

Automates the setup and periodic amortization of dealer reserve requirements and tracks required reserve disbursements.

Lockbox Processing

Features
Payments and deposits are mailed to a local post office box where they are processed. Funds collected are accessed by the receiving business faster than with the traditional manual process. Business detail of deposits and payments posted to accounts are

Master Line Processing

Features
Consolidates loan information at the master line level, with full summary information of linked sub-accounts. Grouping these accounts allows single point transaction processing of payments and payoffs, billing, reporting and sub-account setup. In addition, the module provides indebtedness monitoring and is the vehicle for establishing the total credit limit and balance of all loans.

Supports the creation and monitoring of a master line of credit and unlimited subaccounts
under one "umbrella" product.

Memo-Post-Plus™

Features
Memo-Post-Plus can post and display transactions online, in real-time, across all delivery channels, including teller, platform, ATM, Internet, voice response and call center. Yet it continues to allow for Proof-of-Deposit (POD) processing. This enables the direct posting of credit transactions without needing to verify the total amount of share drafts/checks received at the time a transaction is posted.

Benefits
This hybrid real-time memo post process provides accelerated teller throughput, allowing
transactions to remain intact through POD balancing, image capture and reporting while offering a stronger audit trail. It allows for speedy posting and validation of the transaction, without the need to identify each share draft/check to manage float assignment and funds availability. With memo post plus, credit unions can make funds available immediately without slowing down teller lines by processing multiple items. It fully supports teller work and items-processing balancing, and creates a full set of reports to assist in the immediate reconciliation of all cash and general ledger accounts. You can also research any differences or exceptions to quickly resolve any errors without impacting your members.

Multi-transaction Online Entry Screen

Features
Establishes the ability to enter multiple like-transactions on the same screen with minimal
information. Performs account validation and processes the transactions in a real time environment. All balances are updated by the transactions and are they immediately available across all delivery channels.

Offers an efficient method for inputting high-volume/ repetitive transactions, such as mail deposits and loan payments, in a quasi-batch environment, but with real time processing.

Non-performing and Charge-off Processing

Features
Automated or manual non-accrual processing through full charge-off processing with a full set of transactions to place the loan in non-accrual or charge-off status, apply fees and recoveries, while properly reporting transaction affects to your general ledger system.

Benefits
Supports non-performing and charge-off processing at the account level, while retaining the account within the core database. Eliminates the need to move the account to a subsystem in order to apply and track associated recoveries and fees, while retaining memo account balances and memo interest accrual.

Relational Pricing

Features
Relational pricing helps credit unions create rules-based pricing routines for both service-charging and reversing service charges. Rules and packages are maintained within the database so they may easily be applied to various products and/or accounts.

Gives credit unions the capability to design an array of different pricing routines uninhibited by the limitations of traditional hard-coded pricing rules. Sweep Processing Including Target Balance/Zero Balance Accounting

Features
Automated three-way transfer capability sweeps funds from lower- or noninterest accounts to higher-interest money market or third-party investment products. Additional functionality includes the ability to sweep funds among share draft/checking, line of credit and savings accounts.

Features
Upload member and account information for all business loans that are closed and ready for booking to the TCCUS database. Offers an optional two-way loan servicing interface to download information from The Complete Credit Union Solution and book the loan back to TCCUS.

Participation Loan Module

Features
Supports the setup, transaction processing and settlement of funds on loans to one or more participants. This module also supports threshold balances, payment application for first in/first out (FIFO), last in/first out (LIFO), auto allocation of payments, auto advance of loan disbursements, separate interest accrual for the master loan and each participant portion, full general ledger processing, full reporting and remittance/settlement processing.

A full reporting package is delivered with this module.

A comprehensive manual, developed in our easy-to-use infomapping standard format, guides employees through participation setup, posting of advances and payments, and maintenance of participation agreements.

Externally Services Account Interface Support

Features
System data import functionality provides the ability to load information about members' accounts that are processed by an external system into TCCUS account tables using a standard file format. This information is available for display to facilitate financial transaction processing and combined reporting.

Provides a true and complete picture of a member's relationship with your credit union, displaying all deposit and loan accounts, credit card and investment accounts, regardless of whether the account is serviced within TCCUS or by an external service provider.

Positive Pay Share Draft/Check Validation and Reconciliation

Features
Provides ability to match issued share draft/check information against share draft/check clearing information before share drafts/checks are released for payment.

Benefits
Allows credit unions to generate business member interest by offering real-time defense against share draft/check fraud. Automated account reconciliation feature helps members better manage audit control, cash forecasting and account balancing. It also reduces the manual and tedious task of sorting share drafts/checks, matching share draft/check numbers, verifying dollar amounts and tracking deposits to determine if the account is in balance.

Safe Deposit Box

Features
This module supports the creation, rental, servicing, reporting and automation of the billing process of safe deposit boxes. Features include: relational pricing for custom fees and discounts; box activity history; online pre-/post-escheat inventory of box contents; and container/storage tracking.

Tax collecting and payment reporting (by state where the safe deposit box is located) is also supported. Lease account setup is accessed directly from the member service relationship application or in the safe deposit box manager application. Credit union employees can search for available boxes by size at the credit union or branch levels, assign a member to wait lists, manage wait lists, open lease accounts and create internal transfers or external ACH payments for annual leases. Lease online regulatory agreement forms are also available.

Benefits
Relational technology allows you to optimize safe deposit box revenue, organize leasing, improve security and documentation and broaden employee access to safe deposit box information. Automated box access procedure eliminates the need for antiquated
signature cards.

Wire Transfer Processing

Features
Offers ability to credit incoming wires to receiving accounts, collect outgoing wire information from teller/member service relationship applications, verify available funds, debit accounts, perform OFAC check, generate associated fees, produce notices and generate FEDLine files.
