Lending System
Maxxar’s Speech-Enabled Lending System
(SELS) gives your clients access to loan information and application
services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each loan product
on SELS has its own client description. The current rates and
applicable terms are available for review at your client’s
request. A built-in product specific loan payment calculator
lets clients try “what ifs.” Armed with detailed
information about your products, including current rates, your
clients can actually make loan applications conveniently from
the privacy of their own homes, offices or just about anywhere.
Callers can apply for loans by simply answering the application
questions using their own voice. The information collected is
normally available through an export file or
e-mail to your loan department.
New technologies streamline the loan application
process for you and your clients. Maxxar’s Text-to-Speech
module converts stored text information to speech allowing the
system to “read” text files to the caller. This ability
is especially useful in providing dynamic information such as
loan rates. It produces speech of such high quality that it is
almost indistinguishable from recorded human speech. Let Maxxar

Text-to-Speech
Maxxar’s Text-to-Speech (TTS) software, based on Nuance's Real Speak™ technology, reduces costs and development time by supplanting human recordings
in a number of commercial applications. It can enhance your client’s
experience by providing dynamic, detailed and personalized information
in a real-time, near-human automated voice. Multiple language
support is also available for TTS. Other features include:
- Custom messages such as locations and hours
can be played to the caller via the Maxxar TTS technology.
- Updated information can be spoken at a moment’s
notice. Changes are completed as soon as they are loaded to
the database or the appropriate text field.
- Rate information may be changed dynamically
through TTS eliminating the need to continually re-record the
entire rate list when only a few rates require changing.
- Marketing messages can easily be entered
into the system and played to the caller, including custom
messages such as promotions, locations and hours.
Touch-tone Interactive Voice
Response (IVR)
The IVR-driven call flow of the TNT system
is based primarily on the TNT Financial Services application
call flow, which allows for a familiar, convenient user experience
no matter whether touch-tone or speech is used. Your clients
can easily transition between speech and touch-tone when calling
your institution. If for any reason callers are not comfortable
using speech, they can
“fall-back” to the touch-tone mode.
A basic version of TNT with touch-tone
IVR only is available. And, should you decide you want to use
additional features, you can easily migrate to more advanced
speech-enabled solutions in the future.
