Open Solutions’ Dynamic Messaging
Manager allows the transmission of action messages and the
collection of response information across multiple distribution
channels, throughout the interaction and transaction process.
Personalized messages are delivered directly to the customer
during key interactions they’ve initiated. It’s
the difference between reading customer reports and having
real exchanges with your customers.
Person Pop-Up
This advanced feature allows your bank to set rules defining
the real-time distribution and receipt of messages throughout
your entire organization. The Person Pop-Up feature lets
you:
- Interact with your front-line employees
from their transactional environments
- Direct plain-language
messages to employees as they interact with your customers
- Deliver reminders or offers to
customers through Open Solution’s
online banking channel
- Return responses and information,
real-time, to the employee responsible for fulfillment
- Track
message deliveries and response records for reporting
purposes
Messages are delivered in real-time, targeting
individuals who reside in the core transactional database.
These messages can be displayed and delivered on screen automatically
when a customer record is accessed, or whenever an account
is accessed for which an owner has active messages.
