Channel Management Center for Credit Unions

CMC Toolkit

The CMC Toolkit is a Windows 32-bit application, modeled after Visual Studio.NET that is used to quickly and easily build and deploy interfaces that operate within the runtime environment of the CMC Engine. A graphical user interface allows developers to do much of their work by dragging objects onto a workspace and setting properties. Using the Toolkit, a credit union can create interfaces that deliver a richer, more interactive member experience. For example, a credit union could automate live calls within an IVR system or conduct online credit checks via a loan origination platform.

BENEFITS

  • Intuitively easy to use, the Toolkit makes extensive use of drag-and-drop technology to build interfaces
  • Wizards and Editors automate the production process and speed up the compilation of objects
  • An extensive library of interface development objects is stored in a data repository for simplified management and re-use

FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY

  • Uses XML-based scripting language to define message formats
  • Supports Importing and Exporting of objects to other development databases

The CMC Administrator is a “console" application that gives the systems administrator access to key monitoring and maintenance services including:

  • Component Runtime Monitoring
  • User Maintenance
  • Interface Plan Deployment
  • Statistics Monitoring
  • Log Viewing
