Keeping our clients updated on our products and serivces is a high priority for Open Solutions. Our clients have access to the latest product information, training and documentation through our Client Extranet.

Client can even log cases online through Compass and access the Knowledge Database to find answers to their questions before logging a case. Clients can contact their Compass case owner or another Client Care representative via our new Interactive Voice Response System by dialing 888.443.5767.

Open Solutions University, recently accedited by International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), can award CEUs for training classes.
