Golf Outing
Saturday, April 14

Our conference golf outing will be held at the Celebration Golf Club. The course, inspired by its Old World legacy, was co-designed by the renowned masters of golf course architecture, Robert Trent Jones Senior and Junior. Their design delivers a golfing experience that can challenge the pros and yet offer a rewarding time for juniors and those just learning the game. Breakfast will be provided before the 8:00 am scramble start and all attendees can enjoy a buffet lunch while prizes are awarded. Transportation to the course will be provided and clubs can be rented for $40.
Community Care Event
Saturday, April 14
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Please join in our community service project as we create “care kits” for the families in need staying at one of the two Ronald McDonald Houses in Central Florida. Share comfort, share hope. These kits can bring encouragement during a very stressful time in these families lives. Some of these families actually arrive with just the clothes on their backs so a basket of simple necessities is very much appreciated. We will provide all the elements to create the kits, we just need your help in assembly and personalization.
The Ronald McDonald House (RMH), provides a "home-away-from-home" that offers comfort and care to families of children being treated at local hospitals and medical facilities. There are two Ronald McDonald House locations in Orlando; one is located on the campus of the Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children and the other is on the campus of Arnold Palmer Medical Center.
Give someone a smile! Create a toiletry kit with a personal touch. These kits are placed in each bedroom for families to use during their stay at the House.

Table Stakes: The Rising Tide of Self-Service Channels
Online and mobile banking adoption and usage by consumers and small businesses are reaching new highs, with no signs of slowing down. As more banking activities migrate to the online and mobile environment, financial institutions need to step up their efforts to provide a meaningful customer experience and differentiate themselves. The small-business side also offers the potential for new streams of revenue to those institutions with a well thought-out strategy and product bundle. This session will discuss the current state of consumer and small business online and mobile banking at North American financial institutions and current trends for features and functionality required in today’s competitive customer acquisition and retention landscape.
David Albertazzi, Senior Analyst at Aite Group
Remote Channel Fraud: How to Beat the Bad Guys
Malware and other cybercrime threats are actively targeting the financial value chain, and financial institutions are feeling the pain. Gone are the days when attacks were the purview of sophisticated sole operators or rank amateurs; today’s threats are being unleashed by highly organized, international criminal syndicates. This session will discuss the threat landscape, the current state of online and mobile fraud mitigation at North American financial institutions, and how that will change over the next few years, given the converging drivers of the recently released FFIEC guidance, as well as the rapidly increasing sophistication of attacks.
